Château Lucie is our practice of regenerative stewardship and lived ecology.
As we tend soil, water, plants, carbon, and biodiversity with patience and respect, our 2.7 acre (1 hectare) land offers daily guidance in reciprocity: healthy systems regenerate and create biodiverse communities that are more resilient, productive, and beautiful.
Gardening and food preparation are central practices at Château Lucie. They shape daily rhythm, deepen attentiveness, and create connection between people and place. Planting, harvesting, preserving, and cooking are acts of gratitude and ways we intentionally participate in ecological cycles. Through these rituals, stewardship becomes lived rather than abstract.
The same principles that guide regenerative stewardship shape my approach to governance and advisory work.
Healthy institutions, like healthy ecosystems, depend upon:
Clear purpose
Adaptive and resilient structures
Authentic inclusion
Care for other beings
Château Lucie is where those principles are practiced daily, grounding strategy in lived responsibility. Strategy comes into full bloom in bespoke day or half-day retreats for founders, philanthropists, and impact investors.
